Applications are Open! Deadline: January 15th, 2025

The Community Leadership Training Program is an opportunity for new, grassroots, or emerging nonprofits or community organizations to receive capacity-building support and tailored resources and assistance to enhance their ability to identify and address the needs in the communities they serve.  After participation in this program, our goal is to build the skills needed to secure additional resources to continue and grow the work, ensuring that knowledge and connections are firmly entrenched within the communities we serve. The Qualifications for the CLT program are as follows:

  • Be an emerging, new or small nonprofit organization or community group in the state of Florida
  • Have an annual budget of $1M or less
  • Have a project idea to support your community in one of these areas:
  • Healthcare Systems Navigation
  • Equal Access to Healthcare
  • Economic Justice
  • Engaged in related work in the community for two years or more
  • Never received capacity-building support
  • Have the ability to devote at least 10 hours a month to the CLT program from
    February – October 2025
