Life’s Course: The Load, The Impact is an Urban Health Alliance initiative underway in collaboration with LaRae Brown, MD, FACOG. The work, an educational outreach program, will focus on preconception health of women across our community.

With the help of our Community Health Workers our goas is to educate the community sentiment towards the COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy and impact.

Our program improves chronic disease management of senior patients through Community Health Workers (CHWs) home visits coupled with Telemedicine/Telehealth.

The mission of the Lockbag Program is to reduce all types of youth overdose deaths by contributing to a safer home environment.

The Smart Meds program at UF Health addresses serious issues that can be caused by polypharmacy and medication-related errors among seniors.
